Check for a tag "nfsd41" in hostconfig and remove -vers=4.0 option for server hosts which have this tag. This allows us to activate a nfs version >nfs4.0 on some hosts to see, if the "empty sequence" bug is fixed. It is supposed to be fixed in kernels>= version 4.14.96-240. See mariux64/bee-files#1014
